Former TV siren Janet Mbugua and hubby Eddie Ndichu had their first born Huru Ndichu through the c-section.
Janet could not go through the normal birth delivery due to the fact that she had a breach of her position.
At the end of September2018, the heavily pregnant Janet is taking a couple of measures to ensure that she get’s a normal delivery.
Check out some of the measures, that might inspire other pregnant women.
1.She has engaged in the service of Duola, that is helping her get experience in pushing the baby. She wants to start learning how to push a month before her day
“I want to push this baby… this time I’m being so intentional about pushing. Really for me the main reason is that I don’t want to go through another surgery, it’s really that simple. However, if that’s God’s plan, I’m not going to fight it,” she said.
2.Mbugua also noted that she is taking fruits such as dates that will help her with required nutrition. Dates help pregnant women have ease while delivering
3.She also noted that she was taking other simple excercises such as bending so as to put the baby in a good position
4.She is also taking raspberry tea leaves, that would help the walls and muscles of her womb dilate and help in pushing the baby during delivery.
5.Mbugua is also taking positive mood and staying stress free life so as to give her body have more attention on the big task ahead
“Raspberry leaf tea, its actually what I’m drinking now and trying to take a lot of it. I’m having lots of dates and I’m doing funny bending exercises because that apparently keeps the baby down and a kneeling position to get the baby to turn,” she said.
