Working in an office or other type of jobs that have a schedule does not allow people to spend a lot of time with their family or partner, so starting a business is usually a good alternative to change that. And it will allow more time to enjoy time with these special beings and not only on your days off or after the workday. Therefore, starting a business with your crush is not such a bad idea. Also, that can be very fun and interesting for both personal and professional growth of both, although some aspects must be taken into account so as not to affect your romance. Check out some of the recommendations below 1. Talk about what you think about money It is likely that everyone has different thoughts on the subject, but you should be clear that projection, growth and profit may not be one of them. 2. Become accomplices Both are human beings, so they are likely to be wrong. The key to avoid causing conflicts is not to bring this error afloat at all times and instead work together to correct the problem. 3. Recognize your strengths This way they can divide the responsibilities according to the areas in which each one feels more comfortable. In this way they will avoid problems of ego, ability or frustration. 4. Do not criticize, orient yourself It may happen that you make the mistake of criticizing your partner when he has attitudes that can go against the interests of the project. Avoid doing that and if the situation happens, the ideal is to try to help guide it. Remember that it is not perfect. 5. Recognize your achievements and those of the other: We all like a little motivation and better if it comes from someone we love very much. For example, if they achieved any goal for which they worked hard they can organize a dinner to celebrate, and they will take advantage of this to keep their romance alive.
