1 – Transform lives

Good teachers leave lessons in their students that go even beyond academic knowledge. They are part of the construction of a person and role model, so they are remembered for the rest of their lives.

Being an influential part of the human and cognitive growth of a human being is something that will give you great rewards and many moments of happiness; since it is a profession that humbly promotes the progress of others and shapes its future in a certain way.

3 – Creativity

The teacher’s is a job that requires constant creativity to get the attention of students, because if the classes are always monotonous and not include new resources are likely to get bored and dispersed. In addition to working on your own creativity, you will also be fostering the imagination of students.

4 – Keeps the mind active

Teachers must study their lives, training, researching and innovating in the use of new emerging tools as well as new situations and problems within the classroom and schools. Training you will have to have an active brain and this will help you to prevent diseases caused by neuronal degeneration such as Alzheimer’s.

Who but the youngest can teach us about technological trends? Millennials are all generations born in what we call the digital revolution or the massification of technology.

They can also teach you some things, for example to use the latest technological resources and what are the trends in this area, since they are communicated to the receiving time information they acquire a good knowledge of the subject.

In addition, being in contact with children and adolescents is always a good way to understand the world in constant change.

6 – Share interests with your colleagues

While many jobs allow you to relate to people who share the same interests, not all are like that. For example, if you work in the service sector, you may be very interested in music and literature, but your teammate has never thought about these issues.

While it is always good to relate to people who have other interests because it allows you to know other things, it is also very good to share the work environment with people who have the same goal as you.
