Know your customer.

This is essential to know where to start promoting your business: how old are you, what interests, where you live, etc.

Give your brand a personal touch.

What differentiates you from others? Customer support, service, design? Communicate how you stand out from the competition and make sure the potential customer knows it.

Use technology.

You can attract more customers if you use social networks and website. If you decide by these means, keep them always up to date, updated, and answer the concerns of your followers quickly.

Invest in print advertising.

Although digital advertising has a lot of ground these days, print advertising still packs a punch, especially if you know where to place your prospects. Flyers or postcards are a cheap and effective medium. Leave them in warehouses or restaurants where your target audience goes.

Consistency, constancy and coherence.

Don’t stop paying attention to advertising. It helps you at the beginning and it also helps you grow over time because it creates expectations in customers. Do not give false or confusing messages, you must be consistent in advertising and maintain a clean relationship between your product or service and the customer.
