1. Laugh more2. No to lies3. Out of cell phones4. Give yourself your space5. Try new things

Tell your partner to launch their resolutions in favor of their relationship; to show this list:

1. Laugh more

Nothing like sharing laughter . Do not skimp when it comes to laughing until tears. This habit will not only make you have fun times, but it will strengthen your relationship. According to the American Psychological Association,  the lack of shared laughter increases the risk of separation or thunder.

2. No to lies

Nothing to say that “white lies” are worth it, lies are lies, period. Trust is key in any relationship and when a relationship breaks down, there is not much to do. Therefore, make up your mind not to fool yourself and avoid the secrets between you.

3. Out of cell phones

“Alienating” each with their cell phone while they are together does not apply at all. They decree to hide cell phones to be able to talk, to live together in the full extent of the word. Researchers from the University of Baylor, Texas, affirm that cell phone abuse causes dissatisfaction with the partner, in addition to anxiety and depression.

4. Give yourself your space

It is the healthiest. Being “stuck” and seeing each other daily is not beneficial, because in addition to being monotonous, it will prevent you from having time for yourself individually: doing what you like, exploring yourself, etc; and this can lead to frustration. Keep in mind that to be good in a relationship, you must first be good about yourself.

5. Try new things

This will keep them from falling into monotony and inject them with a good dose of duo excitement. Don’t limit yourself. Get in a parachute, take dance classes, go climbing
