Join the Unilever Future Leaders Programme and unlock your leadership potential. This exceptional internship program is designed to develop Unilever’s Future Leaders (UFL) by providing challenging and purposeful opportunities that accelerate their readiness for business leadership roles.

Who are we?

At Unilever, our purpose is to make sustainable living commonplace. It’s the driving force behind everything we do. Our products reach over 190 countries, and 2.5 billion people use them every day. We strive to create a better world for everyone through our commitment to doing good. When you see the Unilever logo on products like Dove, Omo, Magnum, and Rexona, you can feel proud to be part of a company dedicated to making a positive impact.

Unilever Kenya is offering talented students the opportunity to participate in an 8-week summer internship program. This paid internship provides invaluable work experience at one of the world’s largest consumer goods companies, boasting over 400 brands.

Human Resources Internship

Unilever is a leader in sustainability and innovation. As an intern in our Human Resources program, you will not only be part of Unilever’s culture, but you will also help shape it to drive business performance.

Required Qualifications

  • You must be in your penultimate (second to last) year of study.
  • You must hold Kenyan Permanent Resident/Citizenship.
  • You must have a background in Human Resources or a related course.

During the internship, you will demonstrate your potential through an exciting and challenging assignment at Unilever. From day one, you will have real work with clear deliverables and a development plan to enhance your skills.

Throughout the two-month internship, you will have a personal mentor who is a business leader, receive strong support from your line manager, and join the graduate peer community of the Unilever Future Leaders Programme.

The program will run from August 2023 to September 2023, based in our office on Commercial Street. We understand that university timetables vary, so we offer flexibility with both full-time and part-time internships during this period.

If you are in your penultimate year at university and are a Kenyan citizen or resident, our Winter break Internship is an ideal opportunity for you. Applications close on 11th July 2023.

Please note: Each student can submit only one application for their preferred function when applying for an internship at Unilever.
