A viral video has shown a group of motorists running to siphon free oil from an overturned truck will make one cringe into sadness.
The video shows a number of boda boda operators rushing to scoop oil from a leaking truck. Before they tried to open it gently before the fuel tanker busting it’s mouth and letting off all its contents.
The riders run for their safety but seem to return for more loot.
This incident, even though not one in a million, comes at a time when fuel VAT tag had been passed in the parliament.
