NASA leader and ODM boss Raila Odinga has broken his silence over the arrest of Migori Govervor Okoth Obado who is facing charges of being a mastermind behind the murder of Rongo University student Sharon Otieno.
Raila said that Obado was just a suspect in the case and it was upto the court to prove him guilty or not.
Raila also condemned the murder of Sharon terming her killers as ‘witches’.
He was on his tour campaign in Migori county to campaign for ODM candidate Ochillo Ayacko for the Senate seat election scheduled on 8th October.
There were little tension in Uriri town, the hometown of Governor Obado where youths had threatened to block his convoy over allegations that Raila refused to ‘rescue’ Okoth Obado.
