A horror gang raped three daughters and killed their mother on Wednesday night fall on 20th February.
The gang also left their father seriously injured in the incident which happened in Litein town
The four who were lucky to survive the horrific ordeal are recovering at Litein AIC Mission hospital.
The attack on the former Councillor Richard Chepkwony aka Mayor shocked the residents of Samoget village who work up to the horrifying scenes in Litein town.
The cause of the attack was not immediately established.
“It is a gory scene, with blood splattered all over the place the police have cordoned off the place as a scene of crime. It is not know yet what the criminals were after,” said Mr Geoffrey Rono Katares, a resident of the area.
Police confirmed the incident and were currently taking up investigations
“I am in the middle of an interrogation I will give you an update in the course of the day,” Litein Divisional Police Commander Ali Abdi confirmed
In 2018, a similar attack happened in the same two where a couple lost their lives as one kid was left to survive the deadly ordeal
