Renowned African luxury accessories designer Adele Dejak has unveiled her latest collection, Jasiri 2026, reinforcing her brand’s reputation for sustainable luxury. The launch event took place on Friday, September 26, at Kiambu Studio, drawing fashion enthusiasts and industry figures.

The Jasiri 2026 collection draws inspiration from strength, beauty, and the modern African woman. Adele Dejak explained that the collection celebrates resilience and identity through her signature craftsmanship. “This collection is about standing tall in your truth. It is for the woman who enters a room and shifts the energy,” she said.

The name Jasiri, meaning brave or courageous in Swahili, reflects more than jewellery; it embodies armour, art, and movement. The collection features bold chokers, earrings, and statement rings, combining raw textures with minimalist forms. It merges tribal elegance with contemporary design, creating pieces that highlight the strength and beauty of African women.

Each piece is named after an African muse, such as Jendayi, meaning “thankful,” and Jamila, meaning “beautiful.” These names form a sisterhood of adornment, with each item telling a unique story of empowerment. Dejak emphasized, “The Jasiri collection is more than jewellery; it is a call to women everywhere to live boldly and fearlessly. Each piece is a reflection of strength, resilience, and beauty rooted in African artistry.”

Media personality Nailantei Kenga, who attended the launch, praised the brand’s impact in Kenya. In an interview, she said, “It’s creative and bold, and it’s for fearless women like myself. The brand is unique and defines our style as Kenyans. With the Jasiri collection, we stand out.”

Adele Dejak is known for bold, handcrafted designs that merge African heritage with modern elegance. Each piece is sustainably produced using ethically sourced materials, positioning the brand as a leader in conscious luxury. Through collections like Jasiri 2026, Dejak continues to redefine African-inspired fashion and elevate the concept of modern luxury.
