Barcelona have agreed a deal to re-sign Denis Suarez from Villarreal, according to Spanish publication Sport.
The Blaugrana have always had a buy-back clause (of €3.5m) included in the attacking midfielder’s contract, but had struggled to agree on a suitable wage package for the 22-year-old.
After several months of haggling, however, a deal has allegedly been struck, with the Spain international set to become Barcelona’s first signing of the summer on July 1.
