Celebrity tailor and designer Bolo Bespoke has once again laid bare the ups and downs of his marriage to his wife, Mueni. The couple, who have never shied away from addressing their struggles, continue to spark debate over how they have handled infidelity and relationship conflicts.

In a candid conversation with YouTuber Nicholas Kioko, Bolo admitted that Mueni has played a central role in keeping their marriage intact despite his mistakes. He revealed that his wife even went as far as physically confronting women who pursued him, describing her resilience as the reason their marriage is still standing.

“You can fight so badly, but there is no breaking up. There is no life out there. You know my wife has fought people so badly. I have really been stubborn, but at the end of the day, family first,” Bolo said.

Mueni had earlier shared that Bolo cheated on her multiple times. She recalled moments when she had to call him out for his behavior, including one incident where he tried to justify himself by claiming he was “only cheating with one woman.” Despite the heartbreak, Mueni chose to stay in the marriage because of their family and future together. She explained that walking away was not an option, even when the situation was difficult.

During the interview, Mueni turned her experience into advice for Kioko’s wife, Wambo Ashley. She urged her to be firm in protecting her marriage. “Let no one lie to you, not to fight for your marriage, fight. You know right now, anyone who comes to stay with Kioko is hardheaded, who does not know that he is married to you? That woman is just disrespecting you. She knows Kioko is married, to whom and has two kids. So you need to fight that chick,” Mueni advised.

Her remarks stirred a heated debate online, with many questioning whether women should confront outsiders or focus on holding their husbands accountable. Bolo’s confession triggered strong reactions from Kenyans online. Some argued that women should not have to fight outsiders to secure loyalty, while others saw Mueni’s actions as a display of strength. One user wrote, “Seems the married man is not aware that he is married, you fight the other woman, she leaves, and your husband gets a new one. Deal with the common denominator.” Another added, “Why do you have to fight for it in the first place? He should make it easy for you.” The debate highlighted contrasting views on marriage survival, with some praising Mueni’s persistence and others criticizing Bolo’s repeated mistakes.

Away from the drama, Bolo recently showed a softer side by surprising Mueni with a truck full of electronics. The gesture came after Mueni repeatedly complained about outdated household items. The surprise included a 75-inch television and a large fridge, among other expensive upgrades. Bolo explained that he wanted to make her birthday memorable while also addressing her concerns.

Despite the controversies, Bolo and Mueni continue to present a united front. Their story reflects the complex realities of modern marriages, where forgiveness, persistence, and compromise play a crucial role. Whether one agrees with their approach or not, Bolo and Mueni’s openness has sparked important conversations about infidelity, accountability, and the choices couples make to hold their families together.
