The Government of Burundi has just announced that President Pierre Nkurunziza is dead.
According to the Burundi presser, he died of Heart attack but other sources indicate that he might have succumbed to COVID-19.
His wife is currently in Nairobi fighting for her life suffering from Covid 19.
