A bus belonging to Climax Sacco has been on spotlight for dangerous driving along a heavy traffic road with poor weather conditions.
The driver of the alleged bus, is seen trying to overtake another bus belonging to Guardian Angel bus company.
From the poorly recorded video from a concerned witness who is driving behind them, the bus driver tries to overtake it about three times with failed attempts but decides to proceed and overtake the bus despite heavy oncoming traffic.
The driver also decides to overtake on a speed bump which Kenyan laws prohibit as an overtaking prohibited zone.
In the dangerous encounter, the driver forces oncoming traffic to run off the road as they warn him with flash lights.
Few minutes later the bus stops for unknown reasons on the wrong side of the road.
Few days ago a bus belonging to Climax Sacco caused a horrific accident along the Gigil road stretch in Nakuru county, killing 12 people on board.
The driver was accused of overspending before the accident
