State House Director of Communication Dennis Itumbi was arrested on 3rd July by flying squad police unit over links to murder of DP William Ruto ‘letter’.
Police said that the investigations had narrowed down to DP Ruto’s aides who are suspected to have written and circulated the fake letter.
Itumbi has been a strong campaigner of DP William Ruto since the making of handshake between President Uhuru Kenyatta and NASA leader Raila Odinga
