Dennis Itumbi, head of Presidential Special Projects and Creative Economy Coordination, has addressed questions about when he plans to get married. The digital strategist revealed that people frequently ask him about settling down, and he responded in a recent interview on his YouTube channel, Off The Grid.

Itumbi said he is open to marriage but is waiting for the right time. “I am always asked, ‘When are you getting married so you can stop making noise on social media?’ And to them, I have two answers. I will get married. On my wedding day. Number two, scripture records that he who gets a wife finds a good thing, and it is a gift from the Lord. So, I have no problem. I am ready, my arms are open and stretched. I am only waiting for God to finish packaging the gift, so that it comes for me to receive,” he stated.

He shared his preferences regarding women, noting that he does not fancy wigs and prefers natural hair. He said that marriages built on effort to cover one’s natural self are less likely to succeed.

Itumbi also reflected on his high school years, recalling how he served as an evangelist. He described fasting for 40 days, praying for people until they would collapse, and preaching at crusades in his community in Meru. He said his evangelism has shifted to influencing policy, supporting initiatives like President William Ruto’s proposed church at State House to benefit the surrounding community.

The strategist previously clarified rumors linking him to TV personality Jacque Maribe, explaining they were only friends. He also addressed a situation in which a woman leaked private messages from him online. Initially intending to track the user, Itumbi later explained that he had pursued women in the past because he was single.

Itumbi continues to balance public scrutiny with personal matters, emphasizing faith and patience in his approach to marriage.
