Larry Page and Sergey Brin founded 18 years ago Google in a garage in Merlon Park (California). At present it is already established as the largest search engine on the internet, with more than 100 million queries per day.

Its creators met at Stanford University and started the project in 1996. At first, they named it BackRub and its intention was to compete with the then most used search engine, AltaVista.

Nowadays, the Google company is not only dedicated to the searches but has gradually been expanding its range of services. In this way, they have been creating different products that have revolutionized various sectors, such as Android, YouTube, Gmail or Googlemaps.

In the bag, where it is called Alphabet, has a value of about 500,000 million euros. Thus, it is established as one of the best known and famous companies in the world.
