Smartphone and tablet manufacturer Infinix Mobility has resumed selling some of their brands in Safaricom outlets.
Infinix smartphones have not been available in the outlets after the manufacturer failed to provide enough devices demanded by Safaricom.
Infinix Country Manager Mr Carter Tang expressed satisfaction at the development.
“The demand from Safaricom was overwhelming and we couldn’t keep up with the demand. So I pushed my company to device a new model which will only be available at all the Safaricom outlets countrywide and we came with the HOT S model,” he added.
The company has launched three devices in a span of three weeks to give customers a wide choice.
The three devices, namely HOT S, HOT 4 and NOTE 3, are available on online and offline shops.
“Both the HOT 4 and HOT S are trendy as they are up to date with the needs of the average smartphone user,” said Mr Tang.
“We intend to tap into both the youthful and middle income earning segment of the economy with diversified devices,” said Mr Tang.
According to Mr Tang, Infinix customers will now get better customer service.
“Our customer service team will call anyone who buys an Infinix smartphone and gives us their contacts for a follow up. Our clients can also call direct if there is any complains,” he said.
