The GX-P is designed as a training program for recent university graduates with an interest in consulting within or across EED’s focus areas – energy, water and climate change.
The program will provide rigorous on-the-job training to a select group of graduates over a 6-month period.
For the 2019 program, EDD are looking to recruit four audacious problem solvers with the development challenges of Africa at heart.

The applicants should note that:
- Persons who graduated with Bachelors or Masters degrees related to energy, water and climate change are encouraged to apply. Statisticians, mathematicians, economists and engineers are also encouraged to apply.
- No resumes or certificates should be submitted at this stage.

- This is not a salaried position, but candidates will receive a monthly allowance of KES 50,000.
