Quests Holdings Ltd, a company that provides professional debt management solutions, is looking to engage 40 young people under their internship programme with the future possibility of employment subject to exemplary performance. Minimum qualification is Diploma level preferably with, but not limited to, a background in business and/or finance.
Internship Description:
General Portfolio management of customer database, which ensures customers are updated with the correct information about the status of their loans.
• Answer correspondence i.e. email and letters from clients & financial institutions.
• Negotiation of payment plan and credit extension when necessary with clients.
• Achieve individual operational performance targets.
• Keep records of collection and status of accounts on quest collection system software.
• Receiving payments proof from clients and debtors and ensuring that all payments are posted to customers database account.
