Self confessed NRM General Miguna Miguna has commended Anne Waiguru’s stand on corruption during her interview on JKL show on Citizen TV.

Canadian deported Miguna Miguna lauded Kirinyaga governor’s reply when she was asked by Jeff Koinange if she was the second most corrupt politician in Kenya.

In her defence, former Devolution Cabinet Secretary said that she was not more ‘corrupt’ than retired President Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi.

Anne Waiguru: This poll ranked me above former president Moi who ruled this country for 24 years, everybody knows what we think about the Moi era. Are you saying that I stole more than Moi so that you can make me more corrupt? #JKLive pic.twitter.com/w3tjC1j0bY

A statement that settled down well with the nervous Miguna Miguna, a corruption activist.

For the first time I agree with one of the embodiments of the culture of impunity @AnneWaiguru: No one with a functioning brain and memory can claim that she is more corrupt than Daniel arap Moi. Moi, Jomo Kenyatta and their families have stolen trillions of shillings. Arrest Moi pic.twitter.com/k1QaEToSdE

Waiguru was ranked second by a IPSOS Synovate survey which wanted to know the most corrupt leaders perceived by Kenyans.

Deputy President William Ruto topped the table as the most corrupt leader.

During President Uhuru Kenyatta’s first term, more than 891 million went missing in the Devolution docket when Waiguru was then the CS.

Since then no one has ever been prosecuted!
