Director of Public Prosecutions aka DPP Noordin Haji has ordered the immediate arrest of flamboyant Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko.
The most feared DPP in Kenya’s history Haji saaid that there were enough prosecution details to arrest and charge Governor Sonko over the loss of public funds
It is believed that Governor Sonko oversaw the loss of more than 357 million from public coffer.
Back in August 2019, Governor Sonko publicly stated that he will step aside as a governor if he was accused of graft charges and allow smooth investigations to take place
