Popular Kenyan influencer Pritty Vishy, whose real name is Purity Vishenwa, recently opened up about her cosmetic surgery experience, sharing details about her Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) and tummy tuck procedures. Her revelations sparked mixed reactions online, drawing attention to the cost, motivation, and results of her transformation.

Originally, Pritty planned only a tummy tuck. During a consultation at a Kenyan clinic, her surgeon noticed dimples on her backside and recommended a BBL to create a more rounded shape. Vishy accepted the suggestion, describing the surgery as a confidence booster. She said, “I’m the prize,” emphasizing how the changes improved her self-esteem, particularly in relationships.

Pritty Vishy attended a high-profile event just three weeks post-surgery. She showed off her new hourglass figure at fellow creator Cashmeer Sayyid’s “wedding,” which was later revealed as a marketing stunt. The influencer spoke openly to the press about her recovery and transformation, highlighting the skill of her surgeon.

On the cost, Vishy hinted she spent well over KSh 500,000 but did not provide an exact figure. She advised fans to prioritize finding a skilled, trustworthy doctor, especially after a 2024 case where a woman named Lucy Ng’ang’a died following cosmetic surgery complications. “The moment you understand each other with your doctor, you are good,” she said.

Online reactions to Pritty’s surgery were divided. Some fans praised her courage and results, applauding her confidence. Others offered blunt feedback, suggesting further improvements. Comments ranged from compliments like “BBL surgery turned out good” to critiques such as “Imagine spending that much money and still look like easy to draw.” Some urged kindness, telling critics to “allow the girl to breathe.”

Before surgery, Pritty worked hard on weight loss. She used Ozempic, a medication combined with consistent gym workouts, to slim down. Many followers admired her dedication and encouraged her to maintain her fitness alongside the cosmetic procedures.

Pritty Vishy’s openness about her surgery sheds light on the realities of cosmetic enhancements. Her story underscores the importance of consulting qualified doctors, understanding the costs involved, and recognizing surgery as one part of personal confidence building. Her experience also sparked conversations about body image, self-care, and societal standards in Kenya’s growing influencer community.
