Raila Odinga, NASA flag-bearer and leader, rejected the date set by Jubilee on 17th October to be an official date for a new fresh election day.

He and NASA principals demanded that  legal and constitutional be guaranteed from IEBC that repeat poll will be free and fair; wants changes at the commission.

Already, The Jubilee Party main rival Uhuru Kenyatta has warmly welcomed the decision to go back to the ballot on the date set.

This comes after the court nullified the IEBC declaration of Uhuru’s re-election citing that IEBC did not follow the right procedure.
