Anne Waiguru has withdrawn a case she had sued NASA leader Raila Odinga after the two leaders decided to settle the matter out of court when they met for a ‘handshake’.
“Just had a meeting with former Prime Minister H.E Right Honorable Raila Odinga on the outstanding matter in court. In the spirit of cohesion and reconciliation in the country, the matter stands settled,” she tweeted.

Back in 2015, Waiguru had taken Raila to court over defamation case.
When she was the CS for Devolution, it is Raila Odinga who called mass support for Waiguru’s resignation on alleged loss of millions in her docket.
