South Africa’s President Cyril Ramaphosa has become the butt of the online jokes after a toe-curling moment where he struggled to fit on a protective mask on live TV.

President Ramaphosa was updating the country on Level Five strategy adjustment where the country would start seeing ease of lockdown from May 1 this year.

While fumbling to put on a face-mask on Live TV, he ended up breaking the basic rules of using a face mask such as touching the face and handling the inside of the mask.

We know President is exhausted but allow us to laugh about the mask issue because i am sure he also laughed when he saw what he did. Stop making us feel bad for laughing and Futsek while you’re at it!! #maskchallenge #day29oflockdown pic.twitter.com/b7p35blvP0
