Unilever Kenya is offering talented students the opportunity to participate in an 8-week summer internship program. This paid internship provides invaluable work experience at one of the world’s largest consumer goods companies, boasting over 400 brands.
Human Resources Internship
Unilever is a leader in sustainability and innovation. As an intern in our Human Resources program, you will not only be part of Unilever’s culture, but you will also help shape it to drive business performance.
Required Qualifications
- You must be in your penultimate (second to last) year of study.
- You must hold Kenyan Permanent Resident/Citizenship.
- You must have a background in Human Resources or a related course.
During the internship, you will demonstrate your potential through an exciting and challenging assignment at Unilever. From day one, you will have real work with clear deliverables and a development plan to enhance your skills.
Throughout the two-month internship, you will have a personal mentor who is a business leader, receive strong support from your line manager, and join the graduate peer community of the Unilever Future Leaders Programme.
The program will run from August 2023 to September 2023, based in our office on Commercial Street. We understand that university timetables vary, so we offer flexibility with both full-time and part-time internships during this period.
If you are in your penultimate year at university and are a Kenyan citizen or resident, our Winter break Internship is an ideal opportunity for you. Applications close on 11th July 2023.
