If there are lucky Thika Road motorist users today, this fortunate bike rider is not a miss.
He was recorded on a dashboard camera, getting involved in a horrific accident and escaped with little or no injuries.
But the rider would even blame himself for driving recklessly without using his side mirrors.
He was clearly seen changing lanes on the highway, without taking care of the lane he was joining, only to run into the side of an oncoming matatu.
The Matatu went through his bike, leaving it in pieces, how he escape the horrific encounter remains a miracle.
The rider picked himself up and safely crossed to the safer side of the road leaving his bike on the middle lane.

In another related accident a Matatu plying along Ngong road was involved in an accident even though passengers escaped unhurt as well. Miracle day indeed!
