A middle-aged man has accused a lady of knocking him down and leaving him on the roadside to die.

In a Facebook post, Mohammed Gedi says he was cycling a mountain bike along Mombasa Road when the woman identified as Lilly Vera hit him from behind with her Toyota Rav 4 car.

He says the woman drove off after the accident and did not care to see to it that he was taken to hospital nor did she visit him after being admitted.

Mr. Gedi says that Lilly has never bothered to find out how he is doing even after spending days in hospital because of a cracked collar bone.

He further says that he as much as he would like to forgive her, he is left with no option but to seek legal redress because of the the woman’s inhuman nature.

When reached for a comment, Lilly told this writer that she was shocked to see her photos all over social media before calling Mohammed a big liar and an extortionist.

She further said that she accompanied him to hospital and offered to pay Sh500 after being informed that he was under a medical cover, but his friend stopped her and paid the bill.

Lilly said she has been in constant communication with Mohammed through his friend and she was told he was doing well.

She says they only asked her to repair the damaged bicycle after the accident.

Listen to what she had to say below.
