Zambia University through their notice, has warned female students to stay off their libraries if they dress in nasty dresses.

The top university commands a population of more than 35,000 students.

The move has been thought to be after the good reasons behind the boy-child debate , considering that many male students may be bothered with skimpy dresses.

Zambia boldly declared their nation as a christian state.

The move has drawn mixed reactions on social media

So I put to you here in the most simple terms- where is the notice from university of Zambia telling male students to focus on their damn books and not leer after women? To look down, to look away.
Where is that?
