Writing a correct resume is not an easy task, is it? After all, it is one of our main tools when looking for and trying to get a job

Problem solving abilityOrganizational and professional loyaltyEmpathetic attitude and versatility

There is a section within the curriculum that refers to soft skills, which are those that are acquired or have and that do not necessarily have to do with specific training or experience.

And in fact, you should highlight them and not leave them aside when writing your CV.

Of course, it’s not about lying on a resume. In fact, it’s very easy for recruiters, even in remote job interviews, to disable this type of deception.

But if you really think you have some of these characteristics, you should definitely highlight them.

And here are some of the skills you should incorporate on your CV especially during this ‘new normal’

Problem solving ability

Regardless of the area in which you work, difficulties will appear when working. If you believe that your personality allows you to remain calm in these situations and you have the ability to find solutions or alternatives, it is something that you should highlight on your resume.

Organizational and professional loyalty

If you can demonstrate that you can be a loyal value to the company that wants to hire you and that you have the potential to stay, commit to its growth and accompany the decisions, without a doubt you must find the way in which to express it in your CV and in any of the interviews. This will be well received by recruiters.

Empathetic attitude and versatility

Empathy is a skill that we should incorporate in all areas of our lives, but it is undoubtedly valued in the workplace. Part of this may be your versatility, which means the adaptability that you can demonstrate to do different tasks within the same company, even if they are very diverse. If you work in the technology sector or work in changing environments, these skills will be highly valued.
