In addition to breaking with the hours of fasting produced by sleep. Why is it important to have breakfast ? Here we offer 5 reasons according to Huffington Post information.

1. Improve your habits. According to the  Kellogg’s Institute of Nutrition and Health, breakfast consumption has been associated with other healthy habits such as increased consumption of fruits and vegetables and greater level of physical activity

2. Improve your concentration . Eating high-energy breakfast foods may help improve short-term memory , according to an investigation by the Journal of Adolescent Health , which was conducted on 319 students aged 13 to 20 years.

3. Improve your sugar levels. A study presented in the American Heart Association showed that people who ate breakfast were less likely to have good blood sugar levels and lower their risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

4. Take care of your heart It lowers the levels of bad cholesterol, as well as the consumption of calories according to a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
