For this there is nothing better than to feed ourselves well, apply the correct cream, remove makeup, protect ourselves from the sun and go to the dermatologist to examine our spots and give us the treatment we need.

Dermatitis

This skin disease is strongly common and especially atopic dermatitis, which causes all kinds of discomfort for those who suffer it.

It often causes skin irritation, redness, itching, burning, and usually arises from reactions and allergies to certain products and substances.

Acne

Although it affects 80% of adolescents, it is also a common problem among adults, since pollution, stress and many other factors cause acne on the skin.

Fortunately, there are many remedies to alleviate this problem, which is not serious, but it does cause unwanted spots and pimples among those who suffer from it.

Melanoma

Skin cancer is a deadly disease. Every year thousands of people develop melanoma, a malignant skin tumor

A good sun protection and not being exposed to the sun in the hours where it burns the most are some of the preventions to avoid this type of skin disease.

Warts

Surely we have had or seen warts on the skin sometime. They arise as a result of viruses and tend to be spots with a hard relief.

It is always better to go to the dermatologist to examine the warts because they can be annoying. To remove them there are several treatments, with surgery being one of the procedures.

Eczema

Among the most common skin diseases, we find the eczema that is becoming more frequent.

It usually has an allergic origin but not always, and in its manifestations it highlights a severe dryness of the skin, inflammation and redness.
