Kenyans on social media have been left shocked after a British media reported that COVID-19 vaccine trials could happen in Kenya.

This comes after few weeks ago French doctors were ridiculed for suggesting that the first trials should begin in Africa which is highly prone to the disease than any other continent.

The remarks could not settle well with some African elites on Twitter.
