Safetrac Limited is seeking to recruit an aggressive Tag Operator to support its technical operations in Mombasa.

Requirements

1. Minimum of secondary education
2. Basic knowledge in electrical engineering
3. Good  communication skills
4. Should be a quick thinker, organized and detail oriented
5. Should be able to multitask and work under minimum supervision
6. Ability to deliver timely accurate results under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Competently tag given trucks within the stipulated time
2. Liaising with the operations supervisor pertaining to vehicles status on the ground
3. Troubleshooting seals to enhance signal transmission
4. Dealing with all incidents and emergencies within laid down response and escalation procedures
5. Attending to customer requests for service e.g. roadside rescue and support
6. Any other duties that may be assigned by the Operations or department manager
