Renowned investigative journalist, Mohammed Ali, has yet again set tongues wagging over his supposed political ambition after being listed among the speakers at an ODM youth convention in Mombasa.
The convention dubbed ‘Ujana Si Hukumu’ is being presided over ODM party leader Raila Odinga and Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho.
The journalist, who is famous for his investigative news series Jicho Pevu on KTN, has in the past been reported to be eyeing the Nyali constituency parliamentary seat, which is currently being held by Hezron Awiti.
‘FRIENDS OF MOHA’
However, Ali has yet to come out to officially declare his political interest.
Already, a Facebook page “FRIENDS OF MOHA@jichopevu 2017” has been opened where the discussion about his possible candidature is gaining momentum.
Sources has also revealed that Ali has in recent times been seen hobnobbing with former Prime Minister Odinga at his office.
