Nothing has brought more drama than Raila’s comments in Kilifi county over corruption.
Officials in the CORD bound region are said to have missappropriated about 1 billion public funds, instead of them being told to step down by the usual mantra, it was said that EACC would take charge.
Duale was not happy about.
