Safaricom and police handles were engaged in a cat and mouse games on Twitter today after a concerned Kenyan reported a crime on Tweeter using Safaricom and Police handles.
Police who were making a follow up to the crime incident noticed that Safaricom who were also mentioned had rather blocked them.
Police had to request Safaricom to unblock them, something that baffled Twitter users.

Cases of crime rates have increased in Nairobi CBD despite the fact that police roam the city during the daytime. This robbery happened during a bright day.
