Education CS George Magoha has given out huge clues of reopening schools before the projected 2021 January .
CS Magoha said that the projected date could be reviewed due to the declining number of daily COVID-19 reports we have witnessed in the last few days.
This came after WHO and UNICEF asked governments to consider reopening schools amid COVID-19 pandemic since students were exposed to early pregnancies and other moral decay related incidents
