Health is the paramount and most expensive gift we can all afford at zero cost, but how we manager is depends on how healthy we remain for the rest of our lives

We give you 7 important tips to remain healthy

  1. Best sleeping time is from 10pm-4am
  2. Don’t lie down immediately after taking medicine
  3. When battery is down to last bar don’t answer the phone as the radiation is 1000 times stronger
  4. Answer the phone by left ears
  5. Don’t take medicine with cold water
  6. Don’t have heavy meals after 5pm
  7. Drink more water in morning, less at night
