If there is a section of Kenyan citizens who are total savages, it is the so-called KOTs or rather, Kenyans On Twitter. Hawa ni moto wa kuotea mbali. Just #AskNigerians.

One fine Friday morning at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, two or so months ago, Congolese rhumba maestro Koffi Olomide was caught on camera kicking one of his female dancers. Everything seemed cool with him until the moment the footage hit social media.

The never forgiving KOTs started shouting about it at their loudest. A few hours later, Koffi had been arrested and eventually deported. KOTs are merciless!

For the better part of today, one of Kenya’s most prominent retail chain stores Nakumatt, has been on the receiving end of the unforgiving KOTs. Reason? It’s been alleged that one of the retailer’s supply stores sold a customer “a bread from the future”. Lol!

nakumatt October

It was said that a customer had bought a loaf of bread at a Nakumatt store on Sunday September 18th, 2006, only to discover that it had been ‘packed’ on Monday October 19th, 2016. Hence, bread from the future.

Nakumatt had not issued an official response concerning the allegations by the time this piece was being published.
